The F Save uses sensors that connect to your machine’s coolant pumps to detect when the machine is running. This ensures your Filtermist unit only operates when it is needed - reducing energy consumption and lowering operating costs, all without accessing machine electronics.

How it Works

When the machine is inactive, F Save shuts off the extraction unit. As soon as the machine restarts, so does your filtration — no manual input required.

F Save is designed for use with machine tools that use at least one coolant pump during machining. The smart sensor detects when the coolant pump is active and automatically switches on the Filtermist unit - ensuring mist extraction is only running when it is needed.

Please note: F Save requires a signal from at least one coolant pump to function. It is not compatible with systems that do not include a coolant pump.
