Ecogate® Controllers

Ecogates® ensure dust extraction systems run at maximum efficiency. They receive a signal from a remote sensor that detects changes in voltage when a production machine is switched on or off. This signal tells the Ecogates® to open if extraction is required for a machine that is running, or to close if the machine has stopped.

They are durable and reliable, and feature:

• A robust 24V DC geared motor
• A variety of sizes to suit a wide range of ducting
• Tough construction from either zinc-plated mild-steel or stainless steel
• A mechanical limit switch which stops the motor in the fully open or fully closed position
