Release agent sprayers used in bakery production lines use various vegetable based oils to grease baking trays, pans and moulds to assist the baking process. Release agent sprayers evenly distribute a very fine film of release agent using specially designed and adjustable spray guns. Spraying any type of vegetable based oil results in airborne mist particles which need to be removed from the food production facility.
