This SFJ9-1-06 STU (Sack Tip Unit) was purchased for an animal feed ingredients feed line to protect the operator emptying the ingredient sacks from exposure to harmful airborne dust particles.
Once the sack is emptied, the front door is closed by the operator and then the pulse cleaning starts so the operator is not exposed to blow back from the compressed air 'jet’ pulse cleaning system.
